In case you missed it, below is a link to a National Post article on Toronto's waterfront being inducted into the Hall of Shame by N.Y.'s Project for Public Spaces:
"Private development has resulted in a barrier of condo high-rises, which blocks the view of the water from the rest of Toronto and creates a psychological barrier for the general public."

Isn't it interesting that our Planning Department, the Mayor and some Councillors are trying hard to follow in Toronto's footsteps. They support a tower for our precious waterfront that everyone knows will lead to more towers and...they do this even though the tower proposal violates all applicable regulations and it is clearly not wanted by the majority of our citizens. Go figure. We can only hope our Regional Councillors will see the light.
